School of Rock

This movie is a comedy. Main character is an unsaleable bandsman. He passes himself as a substitute teacher and has students make a rock band team.

The hero of this film is Dewey Finn, played by Jack Black. Dewey was a member of a rock band team. He plays the guitar and loves rock music very much but he fired from the band member because of his unprecedented behavior during the band played.

Dewey is freeloading on Ned, his friend’s house. Mike White plays Ned. Dewey falls behind with the rent and he doesn’t a bit try to pat it, so, Patty, the girl friend of Ned gets very angry and she really want him to get out Ned’s house. Ned‘s job is substitute teacher.

Dewey has no money and no job but he must pay the rent, so, he felt perplexed at the situation. At that time, he gets a job. That was for Ned but he decides to go work pretend to be Ned.

The place Dewey will work is high-toned elementary school. At there, he makes a rock band team with students and tries to take part in the band battle contest for money because if the band wins the first prize he can gets money for premium. Dewey deceives the Principal and gets a permission to go out to contest. He teaches how to play the music instruments during whole classes. Students came to know the free and personality throughout the rock music.

One day, the day of band battle is approaches Dewey’s lie was came out to school and their parents at last. He fired from school of course but student pick him up to go to the band battle contest. The band didn’t get a first prize, but audience was moved their performance and they gave encore.

Mike White, played Ned and Jack Black is a friend, so, Mike wrote the scenario for Jack. Children of a member of this band are real musician, so, they play the music instruments actually. (337 words)

I was given them from my senior. I don't know why he gave this to me but I was very glad to get them. I got 11 chocolate bars. I thought I can't eat all chocolate bars, so, I gave some to my friends. My friends ate it with smile. I ate it for the first time. It was so good taste. This snack is so cheap. It is cost 9 yen per one bar.　（75 words）

Book review 2-10

This book is interesting. Two journalist look for blood diamonds. Blood diamonds is not good thing. It's a suspense story. I don't know about Blood diamonds. Blood Diamonds is a thing to buy guns. The diamond barter with guns and guns kill people so, it’s called Blood Diamond. London journalists Harley Kirkpatrick and Annie Shepherd sense the scoop of a lifetime when they try to trap a deal in the diamonds. But who is trapping who and are the people involved what they seem? (84 words)

Ice cream

I ate this ice cream. This ice cream is Annindofu flavor. I like Annindofu, so my mother bought it for me. At first, I couldn't think I eat that but I came to want to eat it. I didn't think this has a good taste but it was very delicious!! It tastes like real annindofu!! I was very surprised. I want to eat more but It was too cold to eat all, so I ate it divide ice cream into twice. The season is winter now, but when sometime I want to eat ice cream, I will eat it probably. (100 words)

Cake♪

I went to Joyfull restaurant with my friend. I ate a Caesar salad and hamburger steak. It is a dish of hamburger steak boiled in demiglace for a long time to soak in the flavor. My friend ate a tofu salad and a Yokubari-teisyoku.itis a greedy set lunch. In the set lunch, a fried prawn, a fried fish, a pork cutlet and other fries in it, and rice and miso soup also include.

The dishes were very good. I and my friend like joyfull’s salad, so, we always order a salad. After we have finished eat dish, we wanted to eat dessert. We ordered cakes. I ordered a cheese cake with strawberry sauce and my friend ordered caramel cake. This is a picture of cake. It was very delicious!!

We were chatting while eating. I felt the time passed so quickly during we were eating. I like joy full. (149 words)

Book Review 2-9

Main character is a man named Dino. He is 21 teas old and works at a hotel as a waiter of front. He has a plan of his life. The plan is that he marries at age twenty-six, and have an own hotel at age he is thirty. At the hotel Dino working now, there is a girl who comes from same home town with him. Her name is Marry, and she likes Dino but Dino isn't notice that. She gave Dino a picture of their home town on his birthday, and he displays that in his room.

One day, the girl comes to the hotel. Her name is Carla. Dino falls in love with her and she told Dino that marry me, and he was very happy to hear that, but he is 21 now. His plan started going wrong.

Dino married with Carla and he has his own hotel named "Hotel Casanova". The management of hotel was pretty good shape but Dino feels close to stay I the hotel all the time with Carla. She doesn't allow Dino to go out him alone. Carla has a secret. Carla killed her ex-husband and got a lot of money. So, she can buy Hotel Casanova husband's insurance.

At that time, Marry came to Hotel Casanova to work and started working there. Dino and Marry fall in love and they decided to run away from Hotel Casanova and Carla. It was succeeded. Dino and Marry live happily. (246 words)

Movie Review 4

MRS. DOUBTFIRE is comedy movie. It was made in 1993. Chris Columbus is a director of this film. He also directed Home Alone the movie.

Robin Williams played the leading character as Daniel Hillard. Daniel was dubber and he can utter 7 different voices, but he was fired because he had a fuss with his boss. His wife Miranda Hillard is an interior decorator. She was tired of her husband because he only has an ability to play with children. They have 3 children, Lydia, Chris and Natalie.

When Chris’s birthday party held, Miranda’s anger exploded and she declare for divorce from Daniel because he made a lot of noise with children and animals. Their children were very disappointed and Daniel was more discouraged than children because he dotes on his children. After the judgment, Miranda got the light of bringing-up of children, so, Daniel can see children just once a week. On the other hand, Miranda goes together with her ex-boyfriend, Stu.

Miranda insert classified ads in the paper because she need a daily help to take care of children when her absence from home. On knowing that story, Daniel asked his brother Frank to help because he is a special make-up artist of films. Daniel transformed himself into English elderly lady and visit Miranda’s house. Daniel named himself Mrs. Doubtfire and started to work there. Anyone realized she is Daniel and at home, he brought up them strictly.

One day children realized Mrs. Doubt is our father but they kept the truth close. At last, unfortunately, identity of Mrs. Doubt was come out to Miranda, but At last, she found his love to their child and they reconciled, and live together.

Book Review 2-8

This story was very interesting and easy to read for me, so, I could read this book enjoyable. This story's structure is likes "Alice in wonderland".
Main character of this story is Frank, a man. He is a writer but he was unsaleable writer and he doesn't like computer any more. He always writes with a pen but recently, he doesn't write any stories. His wife is a career woman and she works with her computer. She was bothered her husband because he doesn't work well, he doesn't tries to write.
One day, Frank had a stroke of luck suddenly. A producer offered Frank to buy his novel at a lot of money. Unfortunately, that novel has not finished yet, so, he tries to finish the novel by the help of computer. In the computer, there is a mind of computer. She helps Frank. She gave Frank a new TV, and a car.
At first, Frank was helped the computer very much, but in the course of time, computer write a novel herself and she started to take care of Frank's daily life. Frank was bothered the computer, so, he put it on the river. After that, he sleeps at home.
When he wakes up, there was no TV and car. It was a dream!! He started to write a story of this dream. The title is "Help".　（228 words）

Movie Review 3

Romeo and Juliet is a drama made by William Shakespeare around 1595 and this drama became a movie many times. The newest one was made in 1996.

This film is not changed the lines but changed into modern style. The scene varies Verona beach, main characters wear aloha shirts, they live in not a castle but high building, and duels are made guns not swords.

Romeo a hero is played by Leonardo DiCaprio and Juliet a heroine is played by Claire Danes. Romeo of the Montagues and Juliet of the Capulets met at a party of the Capulet and both of them fell in love at first sight without knowing each other well. Sadly, their families were antagonized each other for a long time. They have no hope for their love.

Romeo and Juliet married by the cause of monk Lawrence secretly and he hopes that marriage puts an end to the fight of both families. However, this marriage will set a new fire to both families. These fight of Montagues and Capulets coming to the end, by death of Romeo and Juliet.（183 words）

TOEFL

I took TOEFL test on October 14th and the result was return to me. My last score is not reached 500. It's not high score and I hope to improve my score. I didn't have confidence when I finish the test, so, I am a little afraid of the result.
Fortunately, the score was better than before and 20 points up than before. I was very surprised and very happy to see that result. I could have enthusiasm to study TOEFL more. I will take next TOEFL. It's take place on December 15th. I will try hard to up the score.　（101 words）

Book Review 2-7

This story happens in Japan. Main character is also Japanese man. He is a photographer of newspaper or magazines. Recently, he can't take good photos so, he doesn't earn much money and his wife and daughter has gone another house. He left alone.

One day, he took a very big and good gossip photo and he went home to develop films. On the way to home, he was aimed the man with gun. The man wants the film he took. He run away and he hide the film to coin-opened locker at the station.

He was caught by unknown men once, and he told wrong station name to them. He stole out of them. After that, he went to police and asks them to help. At last, these men were arrested. These men were gang and they did homicide.

At the film the photographer took, there is a view; one gang killed another gang man at the back ground. After the incident finished, He got a lot of money for the gossip photo. He moved to country side from city, and lives with his family happily.　（186 words）

Talk!

I'm going to study abroad to Canada from Next summer so I have to communicate with the exchange students from Canada. I and other 2 students talked with them on Wednesday 5th period. We met 2 exchange students from Canada. We started to talk. One of them is good at speaking Japanese, so we likely to conversation with them in Japanese. It was a great time for me. I want to have time to talk them more as long as I could.　（82 words）

Movie preview

I like to watch movie but I don't have enough time to go to Movie Theater for the right time the movie showing. Recently, my friends added the movie preview of TV station and it fell on her. She wins two so I went with her to see the movie at Hamasen. The title is CLOSED NOTE.
After that, another friend wins other movie preview. The title is Koi Zora. It was pair invitation ticket and my friend's boy friend couldn't go with her, so, I went with her.
The friend won another movie preview Disturbia. I thought she goes alone because she won one ticket but she told me this preview can see two people per one ticket. i decided to see the movie with her. Disturbia was really thrilling but story was really interesting, so, when I finished watching the movie, I want to see one once more.

Book Review 2-6

This story is very wonderful story.

Max is killer, he kills people for money. One day a man show up in front of him and he show him some pictures. In that all pictures photographed Max the priest. A man says there are many different world in this world and the man in the picture is another world's Max who choices other way from Max the killer.
Max decided to go a new world with a man and the new world change his life.
The last of this story made me calm. I think so good this last after many thrilling events happened. I recommend this book as the best thriller book. (112 words)
